We do our utmost to ensure that all details relating to prices, pictures and all other information on our web site is correct. We can accept no liability if sometimes a holiday is sold out or prices have changed by the time we receive your enquiry or booking instructions. Only when the holiday booking has been confirmed to you by a member of our staff shall the contract be binding.

We act as a retail agent for ATOL Holders. All holidays are subject to the terms and conditions as set out in the tour operators booking conditions. These booking conditions can be found in the individual tour operators literature. All flights are subject to change of schedules. Charter flights may be changed by up to twelve hours, and occasionally more.

Our tailor-made packages are bonded with Civil Aviation Authority, ATOL 4268. Our IATA number is 91209506.

Payment by Mastercard, and Visa will be subject to an additional charge of 2% of the total amount payable. Payment by American Express will be subject to an additional charge of 2.5% of the total amount payable. Bookings are subject to a minimum booking fee of £25.00.

When making the initial enquiry for your holiday with Leisure Vouchers Travel Club, it is extremely important that you inform us of your intention to pay either partly or wholly for your holiday by Leisure Vouchers. Should you fail to advise us of this, any quote may be considered null and void and a new quote for the holiday will be necessary.

ABTA protection applies to the services provided by Leisure Vouchers Travel Club but does not apply to services featured on this website that are provided by any company that is not a member of ABTA eg our online flights search engine.

Information you provide, eg name, address, special requirements, need to be passed to the relevant companies supplying your travel arrangements ie your tour or cruise operator, airlines, hotels, transfer companies etc. This information may also be checked by authorities such as customs and immigration if legally required.

We will also hold information collected by us to inform you of offers. When we post offers to you, your name and address will be forwarded to a 3rd party company who use this information to produce the insert sheet as part of the mailing, no information about you is retained by this 3rd party.
