How do I book my holiday and pay with my vouchers or gift card?
Once you've found a holiday you'd like to book, follow the prompts on the screen which will take you through to the basket stage.  At the basket stage you will see an 'Itinerary Reference', take note of this reference and call us on 0844-504-0848, pass your reference number to one of our agents and they will handle your holiday booking from there on.  If you're paying by paper vouchers, payment will be taken from your debit or credit card, you should then post us your paper vouchers and when we receive them from you the value of the vouchers will be refunded to your card.  The refund will go through on the same day that we receive the Leisure Vouchers from you.  If you are paying by gift card we will take the money from your card at time of booking.  Please post your paper vouchers to The Leisure Voucher Travel Club, 133-135 Main Street, Ayr, KA8 8BX.  We recommend you send vouchers by special delivery.
 
What happens after I book my holiday?
Once your booking has been completed you should receive a confirmation invoice from us within 10 working days.  You will receive all tickets and travel vouchers around 10 days before your date of travel. If at any time you have questions about your booking or you wish to make any changes you can speak to our reservations team.
 
Is my holiday financially protected?
All holidays booked with The Leisure Voucher Travel Club are 100% financially protected.  We hold ABTA and ATOL licences to ensure that every penny you spend with us is protected. 
 
What if I can't find a holiday to suit me?
If you can't find what you're looking for on our website you can call our travel experts on 0844-504-0848 and they will be happy to do the searching for you and come up with the best possible price for your requirements.  We have an experienced reservations team who are always happy to share their own holiday experiences with you and can recommend some really spectacular holidays.
